Pacha Payar Upperi is one of my most favourite dishes in the entire world. Its incredible how tasty this dish is when you think about the number ingredients that goes into making this.
This dish has the most fond memories of my childhood. Pacha Payar is aplenty in my household during monsoon season; and hence I used demand amma to prepare this dish at least twice a week.
I always end up taking second serving of rice, whenever this is the side dish for lunch.
